A $25 non-refundable / non-transferable retainer fee is required upon booking. Remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment.

Refund

There are NO REFUND on services. During services, if customers do not like the work being performed, they are required to let the stylist know.

Day of your Appointment

To ensure we can deliver the optimal total customer service, we ask that you please arrive on time for your appointment. However, if you’re running late, please contact a member of our Reception Team and we’ll do what we can to accommodate you. In some cases, we may need to reschedule your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

If you’re unable to make your scheduled appointment and need to reschedule or cancel, we kindly ask you contact a member of our Reception Team. Cancellations are made by telephone only. Motee's Beauty Salon requires a 48 hour cancellation notice or you will be charged 50% of your scheduled services and cancelling or missing an appointment within 24 hours will be a 100% charge of services booked.
